MCA: Outdoor Attire + Mask

Twix in his outdoor attire since the guy doesn't care if it's night or day.

Why is he wearing white and not black?

No clue. He's either an idiot for making himself so obvious or he hopes that the white would be blinding enough in the sun.

Or he chose to wear white....

so many possibilities XD

And yes, there is his mask. Quite a simple design merely created for the purpose of protecting his face and nothing else....
